Do Henchies and Heroes have the same protection your character has, in regards to being Infused? or do you have to make an Infusion run with each Hero?

Hero armor is always infused, even if yours isn't. Henchies are infused from Thunderhead Keep onward. (If you're using them in Iron Mines, they will become infused for the duration of the run when you do the infusion part of the mission)
